Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log into your Arlo account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

    Pack Your Device

    Carefully place the item in its original box with all included accessories, cables, and manuals to ensure the product remains protected during transit.

  • 3.
    Ship It Back

    Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the outside of the package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our technicians inspect the device for quality assurance, we will process your refund back to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
